Maine Lobster Festival Road Race

Sunday, August 3, 2025: Start your morning of the Festival with a bang … the bang of the gun starting the race! More than 300 runners compete in the 10K and 5K road races through the streets of Rockland. Do you have what it takes to aim for your personal best? If so, register now to reserve your space in this popular event!

Both the 10K and 5K races are timed and the first 300 registered receive a t-shirt. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed. All finishers are presented with a finisher medal and awards are presented for top finishers in many age categories. Walkers are welcome for the 5K only.

Not to be outdone, the kids (up to age 12) have an opportunity to run their own race! An untimed 1-mile fun run will take place after the 5K & 10K runners take off! Don’t miss the excitement and the chance to cheer on the young ones in their quest to cross the finish line! The first 75 participants to cross the finish line will receive a finishers medal. An award will be presented to the top overall male and female winners.
