Pumpkinman Triathlon & Running Festival

Join us for the 18th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival in beautiful, scenic Southern Maine!!  Located at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Rd., South Berwick, Maine!

Celebrate our 18 year anniversary and the USAT Maine State Championship Race.

Race the Sprint or Olympic triathlon on September 7-8, 2024!

Running Festival participants receive swag bag, tshirt, post party with Autumn Harvest Brunch, fall games and live  music!

Race in one of the five unique running distances on Sunday September 10, 2023. All events EXCEPT THE ONE MILE FUN RUN include a ticket to the ALL NEW HARVEST BRUNCH!!  This brunch will be different from the Saturday brunch…think harvest bowls and apple cider mimosas!

Race on BOTH Saturday and Sunday!  All challenge athletes will receive one of a kind swag you can’t get anywhere else as a thank you for registering for both events!!
